RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CM Electrical Wholesalers Ltd. Therefore, we have a straightforward returns policy:

1. Return Period: From the time of receipt of your purchased item, you have 14 days to decide whether it meets your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied and do not wish to keep the item, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund. Please note that the cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

2. Return Conditions: The returned fittings must be unused, unwired, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that all parts, including screws, instructions, manuals, etc, are included with your return. We strongly recommend using recorded delivery when returning your parcel.

3. Packaging Requirements: Please send all items back in an outer box and additional packaging. If the original packaging of the fitting is defaced or ruined in any way, we cannot issue a refund.

4. Restocking Charge: Any item valued over £500.00 will incur a restocking charge of 15% if returned.

5. Returns After 14 Days: Returns reported after the 14-day period following dispatch will be eligible for an exchange or a credit note only.
