For Deliveries to the United Kingdom Mainland, the following rates apply;

• FREE DELIVERY: Orders exceeding £75.00 qualify for free delivery.

Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied and do not wish to keep the item, you can return it to us for an exchange or a refund. • Return Conditions: The returned fittings must be unused, unwired, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that all parts, including screws, instructions, manuals, etc, are included with your return. We strongly recommend using recorded delivery when returning your parcel.

• Packaging Requirements: Please send all items back in an outer box and additional packaging. If the original packaging of the fitting is defaced or ruined in any way, we cannot issue a refund.

• Returns After 28 Days: Returns reported after the 14 day period following dispatch will be eligible for an exchange or a credit note only.
