• Indoor and Outdoor Lighting Products: Please note that products in the indoor and outdoor lighting categories may take 3-5 working days for delivery if they are in stock. If there is any availability issues, we will notify you via email and/or a phone call.

Delivery Rates

For Deliveries to the United Kingdom Mainland, the following rates apply;

• FREE DELIVERY: Orders exceeding £75.00 qualify for free delivery.

• £4.99 Delivery Charge: Orders below £75.00 will incur a delivery charge of £4.99.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: From the time of receipt of your purchased item, you have 28 days to decide whether it meets your expectations. • Packaging Requirements: Please send all items back in an outer box and additional packaging. If the original packaging of the fitting is defaced or ruined in any way, we cannot issue a refund.

• Returns After 28 Days: Returns reported after the 14 day period following dispatch will be eligible for an exchange or a credit note only.
