At CM Electrical Wholesalers Ltd, we strive to provide an efficient and timely delivery of your orders. Our delivery policy is as follows;

 

  • Delivery Timeframe: We aim to delivery your order within 1-3 working days.

 

  • Indoor and Outdoor Lighting Products: Please note that products in the indoor and outdoor lighting categories may take 3-5 working days for delivery if they are in stock. If there is any availability issues, we will notify you via email and/or a phone call.

 

Delivery Rates

 

For Deliveries to the United Kingdom Mainland, the following rates apply;

 

  • FREE DELIVERY: Orders exceeding £75.00 qualify for free delivery.

 

  • £4.99 Delivery Charge: Orders below £75.00 will incur a delivery charge of £4.99.

 

Returns Policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from CM Electrical Wholesalers Ltd. Therefore, we have a straight forward returns policy:

 

  • Return Period: From the time of receipt of your purchased item, you have 28 days to decide whether it meets your expectations. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied and do not wish to keep the item, you can return it to us for an exchange or a refund. Please note that the cost of returning the item is your responsibility.

 

  • Return Conditions: The returned fittings must be unused, unwired, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that all parts, including screws, instructions, manuals, etc, are included with your return. We strongly recommend using recorded delivery when returning your parcel.

 

  • Packaging Requirements: Please send all items back in an outer box and additional packaging. If the original packaging of the fitting is defaced or ruined in any way, we cannot issue a refund.

 

  • Returns After 28 Days: Returns reported after the 14 day period following dispatch will be eligible for an exchange or a credit note only.
