For Deliveries to the United Kingdom Mainland, the following rates apply;

• FREE DELIVERY: Orders exceeding £75.00 qualify for free delivery.

• £4.99 Delivery Charge: Orders below £75.00 will incur a delivery charge of £4.99.

Returns Policy

• Return Period: From the time of receipt of your purchased item, you have 28 days to decide whether it meets your expectations. • Return Conditions: The returned fittings must be unused, unwired, and in their original packaging. Please ensure that all parts, including screws, instructions, manuals, etc, are included with your return. We strongly recommend using recorded delivery when returning your parcel.

• Packaging Requirements: Please send all items back in an outer box and additional packaging. If the original packaging of the fitting is defaced or ruined in any way, we cannot issue a refund.

• Returns After 28 Days: Returns reported after the 14 day period following dispatch will be eligible for an exchange or a credit note only.
